The Italians know how to do it. Here’s another favorite gluten free pasta from Italy. Bionaturae makes this organic gluten free penne with rice flour, rice starch, potato starch and soy flour. It cooks like and tastes like “normal” pasta. Really delicious.
Gluten free pasta options are so much better than in years past, that I rarely bother cooking regular wheat-based pasta anymore.
